Client Commission Referral Program
Are you a formal client that enjoyed a stay at one or more of our Villas? Then Great! Would you like to earn monies for doing something that you were going to do anyway? Our formal Clients can earn a commission and here’s how.
Clients who refer other guests qualify for up to a 10% commission. The commission percentage is based on the ratio of the actual booked price to list price. The commission is applied to the actual booked price.
For example, if you refer a customer and the list price is $375 per night however, the actual booked price is $325 per night then the commission earned for a 5-night stay is calculated as follows:
Actual Booked Price ($325)/List Price ($375) x .1 x $325 = $28.17 per night
If the referred client books for 5 nights, then the total earned commission is $140.85 (5 x $28.17)
We will always try to arrange for large groups to stay at all of our villas too.

Residential Hispaniola is the largest residential community that is within walking distance to Sosua and Playa Sosua. It is a gated community with over 100 homes that are owned by ex-Pats from all over the world and Dominican citizens.
The community and surrounding neighborhoods are very safe and many guests walk to the nearby beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, clubs and the casino. There is a fabulous restaurant inside the development, Hispaniola Diner’s Club, and several very nice restaurants that deliver to the community,
Even though you never have to leave the gates (if you don’t want to) we recommend otherwise. As Sosua is a very rich place with a very rich history. The Jewish Museum of Sosua is within walking distance from the villa. This museum is a tribute to the 700 refugee Jews who were received by the then President, Trujillo, in 1938, during the Nazi occupation of Germany. The exhibitions show photographs and objects of interest belonging to the immigrants and the dairy produce manufacture facilities that they created in the town.

The property manager and most of our staff are in the development during the day and on call 24 hours a day. The maids only come in to the property to clean it and the pool and garden staff come by daily to clean and maintain the pool and yard.
