This is very rare for rentals in the area. You can decide and pay for it once you are on the ground. No advance payments are necessary and for most non-summer days it is not necessary. We offer it only as a convenience to our guests. Current cost is $20 per night (Only charged if you use the Living Room AC).
Laundry is $10 per load for washing, drying and folding and must be done by our maid.

Chef service is available if requested! A Wonderful service, always clean pool and lots of green places around it! A good combination of water and greenery.
