There’s a playground within the community, along with a delightful restaurant, and on-site property management.  Our Villa offers convenience and comfort at every turn.  With the town and beach within a brief stroll, a car becomes unnecessary.

The addition of AC in the living room further enhances your stay, offering a rare amenity in the area.

Cost for transportation is $25 each way from Puerto Plata Airport (POP) and $100 each way from Santiago airport (STI).
Guest friendly.  Your visitors only need provide their identification.
Air conditioning in all  bedrooms is included at no charge and electricity is free. We now have added AC in the living room. This is very rare for rentals in the area.
Drivers can be kept on call on a per trip basis.
Laundry service is available for a nominal fee per load which includes washing, drying ,and folding.

This Villa includes AC in the living room (this is rare in Sosua), has cable TV, and WiFi.  Some units have a terrace and/or patio with ocean views. This Villa boasts a private bathroom with shower, along with free toiletries. Towels are provided. Also, the beaches around Sosua are popular throughout the year.

We also own the 2-bed, 2-bath Villa next door which offers two King-sized beds and Living room AC also. The choice is yours, would you like one pool or two?

This is very rare for rentals in the area. You can decide and pay for it once you are on the ground. No advance payments are necessary and for most non-summer days it is not necessary. We offer it only as a convenience to our guests. Current cost is $20 per night (Only charged if you use the Living Room AC).
Laundry is $10 per load for washing, drying and folding and must be done by our maid.
