I have not found a better community in Sosua to stay while on vacation, Residencial Hispaniola. Curtis’ place is very nice and modern with a TV in every room and a nice size microwave in the kitchen. The bedrooms’ AC gets nice and cold. The living room is the total opposite, as hot as the sand on the beach. You can bake a cake on the dining room table. To my amazement, Curtis advised me of his plan to add a living room AC unit during my (Website hidden by Airbnb) this issue should be solved now. This place is very new, possibly less than a year old. The shrubs around the pool are still young so outdoor privacy is being developed. The pool is perfect with the added waterfall feature. The security is on point with checking ID and making sure the guess to resident ratio is 1:1….they are posted through out the community and most are helpful and incognito, 24-7. I had an excellent experience and will definitely stay here again, if availability permits!

El sitio y la casa es muy bonito y seguro pero las áreas comunes ósea la sala y cocina son muy caliente porque no tiene aire acondicionado en la noche no pudimos disfrutar de ella en familia tuvimos que ver una película en la habitación además encontramos cucarachas en la zona de la cocina y los baños

This place was perfect for me and my friends to spend a weekeend. Was really clean. Amanda is a great host and quick response our necessities. Really great communication and I will be there again. Loveeeed it.

Great cozy Villa, for a small family, private, confortable, secure, Amanda and Jay are great, both, excellent service! So glad we rent with them, i hope i can visit it again.

It is a nice villa, very beautiful, its new, all details and construction are high end, a cozy, relaxing villa and located in a really nice community. Has decent free WIFI, all TV’s were flat screen and smart, AC in all bedrooms and living room. Very nice private pool, BBQ. The host was very pleasing and very diligent. I love the fact that it has twin villa next door, now I can come back with more family members and be together but at the same time apart. Really delightful experience over all.

Beautiful place! Smells really brand new.
